Starlight is a rainbow flash reflective nail polish topper in a clear base. Starlight contains special glitter particles that bounce back direct light (such as sunlight or strong indoor bulbs) for an intense sparkle effect.

Flash and glitter that blaze like tinsel under bright bulbs. Dramatic, festive, and always the first to be noticed at the party.

Please note glitter polishes dry slightly textured. We recommend applying 2 layers of our Looking Glass Top Coat to smooth out the finish. For easy removal, we recommend using our Paint N' Peel Base Coat as your base.

How To

Shake well before use as particle settlement may occur. For best results, apply base coat, 2 to 3 thin coats of nail polish then finish with top coat. Use in conjunction with our Get Ready Base and Coat Looking Glass Top Coat for the ultimate long-lasting manicure.
