When you like color, but you’re avant-garde, Cirque Colors’ spotted black nail polish topper tops all the rest. An alternative to colorful glitters and speckles, our black spotted topper in a clear base is a unique little pop for your nails. Add a pottery inspired unexpected chicness and zing to any nail color.
Notes: From left to right, models are wearing Olive Jelly, Don't Forget the Cannoli, and the Glazed Collection.
Please note glitter polishes dry slightly textured. We recommend applying 2 layers of top coat to smooth out the finish.
Shake well before use as particle settlement may occur. For best results, apply base coat, 2-3 thin coats of nail polish then finish with top coat. Use in conjunction with our Looking Glass Top Coat and Get Ready Base Coat for the ultimate long-lasting manicure.

I like the size of the speckle! It's perfect for someone with a small nail bed. A very cute and versatile topper.
Love this, very unique. Just did a watermelon mani for summer! I also loved a mani with this I did that was pastel skittle with this unifying it as a topper.
Love this even more than snow angel. Sparse irregular non shiny blacks flecks make any base into a work of art. Absolute must, would rebuy instantly
This is my favourite topper, I haven't seen anything like this one before.
This is such a fun topper! I love the quirky looks I can make!!
I find my bottle (from the initial release) to be a little sparse in bits, but that does make it easier to build focus over the spots I'm trying to highlight. It's so super versatile. Little bit of a different smell than most Cirque formulas - almost reminds me of...read more
Great alternative to a sparkle topper. Great on its own, over jelly, or over a lighter colored metallic.
man, this is one of my all time favorite "styles" -- the black dots in the clear polish is so gorgeous in both shiny and matte finish. Reminds me of stracciatella gelato. That being said, I'm not sure how folks are using it as a topper. I always have to...read more
