SHOP POLICY

Registration is only required for purchase.  You may browse the site without logging in or registering until you are ready to check out.  We accept all major credit cards, which include Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover, as well as PayPal.  Note that prices are in USD.  We cannot combine orders after submission.  Please take care to ensure all your items are in the cart before submitting your order.

SHIPPING

We ship worldwide, except to Brazil, India, Italy and Russia.  US orders can qualify for free shipping if the subtotal reaches $75 or more.  All orders will be shipped out within 3 business days of order receipt using USPS mailing services. You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped. US orders will include a Delivery Confirmation number, while international orders do not. Shipping prices and estimated delivery times are as follows: 


TAX/DUTIES

Sales tax is only charged to New York state residents.  Please be advised that all orders shipped to areas outside the United States may be subject to local import taxes, which is your responsibility where they apply.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All purchases are final sale. If there is an issue with your order (such as receiving the incorrect product or damaged/defective bottle), please contact us at info@cirquecolors.com and we will work with you to resolve any issues.

CUSTOM COLORS

Occasionally we receive requests to develop a custom color for retail sales or special events.  Each request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis.  Due to factors such as availability of supplies and resources, we cannot guarantee that a request will be fulfilled.  To submit a request, contact us at info@cirquecolors.com.
